Premium Motor Spirit (PMS or Petrol)
Premium Motor Spirit also known as gasoline or petrol, PMS is basically used as fuel in combustion engines. PMS is mostly comprised of aliphatic hydrocarbons that are obtained by the fractional distillation of petroleum. At Optima Energy, we have been able to maintain a steady supply of PMS to our various customers, even during scarcity.

Automotive Gas Oil (AGO or diesel)
Automotive Gas Oil (AGO or diesel) popularly referred to as diesel, AGO is often used in road vehicles that are powered by diesel engines. It can also be used to power some factory sized generators. Diesel is usually obtained around the mid-boiling range of the distillation process of crude oil.

Household Kerosene (HHK or kerosene)
Kerosene is a petroleum product that has variety of uses when in it’s in a pure state. Household Kerosene, as the name implies, is often used as domestic fuel to power stoves, cookers, lamps, and other household equipments.

Aviation Turbine Kerosene (ATK or aviation fuel)
Aviation Turbine Kerosene : ATK is kerosene that is used as jet fuel to power the engines of jet aircrafts and some rockets. The product can also be adapted such that it can be used for aviation vehicles and within the household. When the product is adapted for such capacity, it is then referred to as Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK).

Base Oil
Base oils are used to manufacture products like motor oil, lubricating greases and metal processing fluids. Different products require different quantities of these oils. When crude oil is heated, the various distillates are separated from one another. And, while the light ones can be refined to make petrol and other fuels, the heavier ones are suitable for bitumen and base oils.

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)
Liquefied Petroleum Gas is the generic term for the gases propane and butane. The mixture of both gases is also referred to as LPG. Optima Energy’s LPG guarantees quality, quantity, safety, and ultimately, value for money. Our LPG has been a first choice for all our customers, and we’re gradually expanding the reach of our distribution within Nigeria.

Bitumen
Also known as asphalt, is a sticky, black, and highly viscious liquid or semi-solid form of petroleum. Optima Energy guarantees quality, quantity, safety, and ultimately, value for money.
